Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of ARCLINE and any products or services provided through arcline.design.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Custom Artwork

ARCLINE produces artwork generated from user-authorised Strava activity data.

By connecting your Strava account or submitting route data, you confirm that you are authorised to use the activity data submitted and grant ARCLINE permission to process it for the purpose of generating your artwork.

Each artwork is uniquely generated and may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed before production.
• As all products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

4. Returns & Refunds

All ARCLINE products are made to order and generated specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@arcline.design within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All ARCLINE designs, layouts, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Arcline Studio.

You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our artwork without permission.

Customers may use purchased prints for personal display only.

6. API Use (Strava)

When connecting third-party accounts:

• You grant ARCLINE permission to access selected route data.
• You may revoke access at any time via your Strava settings.
• We do not claim ownership over your activity data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ARCLINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
