When you connect your Strava account, we access activity data only with your permission to generate your artwork.

Strava Connection & Data Use

ARCLINE accesses Strava activity data only after you explicitly authorise the connection.

When authorised, ARCLINE retrieves activity route data for selected year ranges or activity types in order to generate artwork previews and print-ready designs.

Activity data is processed temporarily and not permanently retained after artwork generation. Generated artwork files and necessary order records may be stored for fulfilment and reprints.

You may revoke Strava access at any time through your Strava account settings.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your stored personal data or generated artwork at any time.

To request deletion:

  1. Email hello@arcline.design
  2. Include the email address used for your order or Strava connection
  3. We will process your request within 7 days

Certain transaction records may be retained where required for legal or accounting obligations.
